Gospel friendships draw near and build up in faith
People often say that one of the most significant factors in growing as a Christian was meeting regularly with one or two other Christians to read the Bible, talk openly and pray through their daily struggles, challenges and hopes.
This is usually more than just a Bible study, but a friendship of gospel influence - encouraging, praying, reminding, being an example, inspiring and caring.
This might be in the form of a regular one-to-one Bible study with a chat and prayer, a prayer triplet (or quad), a WhatsApp prayer group, a mentoring-type relationship of prayer and accountability, or it might simply be when two people at church become friends and naturally and 'organically' share Jesus' grace with each other. All of these things we describe as 'Gospel Friendships'.
Gospel friendships often start naturally, but we also encourage a culture of them more and more, and we will try to link you up with someone like-minded if you'd like us to make the initial connection.

Praying Together Starter Pack
For some people, the idea of starting a prayer triplet might be a bit intimidating if you’re not sure what you’d pray for and what it might involve. For others they’ve tried but lost a bit of momentum.
We’ve created a ‘Starter Pack’ - in case anyone in that situation would find it helpful.
It gives an outline of how to pray with others for a few weeks, to help set a pattern you can continue on your own.
It’s flexible and optional, but we want to encourage you to download it and try it out and see if it’s the thing that gives you a bit more confidence, structure and purpose in praying with others.
